The Joel Tudor... Sector 9 has always used team rider input in the design of longboards. When Joel Tudor says he wants a specific board shape and set up, they are more than happy to oblige because they know whatever he designs is going to be sick. The new Joel Tudor Longboard is just that. A seven ply maple deck. Subtle concave, subtle camber and a subtle kicktail. A stiffer feel to the deck for increased responsiveness. Grippy 65mm Sector 9 Top Shelf (Secret Sauce Urethane) wheels on Gullwing Charger trucks allow for really deep carving without wheel-bite.

When comparing with boards on other websites or in stores make sure that all the components are the same. Many trucks, wheels and bearings that are used by websites offering 'cheaper' Sector 9 completes are not as good as the stock Sector 9 components we offer. By using cheaper parts the boards on other websites are not as good as ours and will definitely not ride as well. Don't make a mistake that will leave you with an inferior longboard. Cheap components do not perform well and will leave you unhappy with your 'bargain' board.
Our boards come fully assembled directly from Sector 9 with better parts which may cost a little bit more, but will be faster, turn better, be safer and be way more fun to ride. |
