The CARBON DECLINE . . . was designed with a .75in drop to give both a lower center of gravity and also to create foot pockets that lock you in for stability during high speed carves and slides. The drop is kept slight so as not to give the "hammock" feeling when riding which relates to better control.

When comparing with boards on other websites or in stores make sure that all the components are the same. Many trucks, wheels and bearings that are used by websites offering 'cheaper' Sector 9 completes are not as good as the stock Sector 9 components we offer. By using cheaper parts the boards on other websites are not as good as ours and will definitely not ride as well. Don't make a mistake that will leave you with an inferior longboard. Cheap components do not perform well and will leave you unhappy with your 'bargain' board.
Our boards come fully assembled directly from Sector 9 with better parts which may cost a little bit more, but will be faster, turn better, be safer and be way more fun to ride.
