| Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
| We only charge Sales Tax on items shipped to address in Florida which is where we are based. The current rate is 6%. All shipments to addresses outside of Florida are tax free. | |

| What are my payment choices? | |
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. We also accept PayPal payments and are a Verified PayPal Business Member. Additionally we accept Google Checkout and are fully Certified by Google as well. Look for the Google Checkout button towards the bottom of the Checkout Page. | When will my credit appear on my account? | |
| Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). | |
| When will my credit card be charged? | |
| Your credit card will be charged the day we ship of your order. An authorization or hold is placed on your card when your order is placed but your card is not actually charged until we ship your order. | |
